Step 5 – Approve the mail, and then the applicant shall be redirected to another page.

Step 6 – Continue with the application by entering all the personal details in the relevant spaces.

Step 7 – After filling in the details. Proceed and submit the form.

The officials will then scrutinize the details and approve the application. Applicants can also check the application status on this portal after logging in. Alternatively, applicants can also download hard copies of the forms and mail them to the Client Registration Unit. How to Get Drugs Payment Refund?
