The settlement amount covers the cotton brief, sport, boyshort, French Cut, hiphugger, and Thong style Thinx underwear products.
With the settlement amount, Thinx has also pledged to make sure that they are not intentionally adding the forever chemical to its products. The eligible are offered their settlement costs for up to three purchases and they have received a 7 USD refund after providing the valid proof of purchase under the federal period.
