According to Article 132, the constitution of Malaysia includes all public services like the Federal and state Public services, Judiciaries and educational services as civil servants. Civil Servant Salary Expected Increase 2024
In 2023, during the Public Sector Innovasi Perdana Award Ceremony, the ministers announced the implementation of the Public Service Remuneration Study Scheme.
