  • I was Breached as well,
IRS contacted me someone tried to file taxes using my SSN. Also I have been keeping my 3 credit reports frozen for over 3 years now still I have been breach.

  • My info was also breached several times how can I still be involved. Because I never knew about this class action suit.

  • I was breached. Had monthly problems with my Capital One debit card. Every month I was calling to find out what was going on with unidentified charges on my card. I was told it was probably because I was using my cards online. I stopped making online purchases, I found out that I was getting charges from Amazon, Walmart, PayPal… that I did not make. I later requested my credit report, found out some how all of my information was on the “Dark Web”. someone has used my social security to secure an apartment, and expensive Apple System etc… I had to fight to prove that this was not me. Just lost my husband so I took the easy way out. Filed bankruptcy at a price of $1,800.00. By the way, not once did Capital One take responsibility for their action. I ask each time I had to report a fraudulent activity on my card, was there a breach in the system, and was told no. I learned about the lawsuit from the web when it was too late to file. Never received ONE PIECE of information pertaining to their failure. Now I am being told too late to file.

  • I always paid by checking,a certain AMOUNT each month, and it would be computerized voice asking if such and such # is correct… I was always on time and before time to pay, and they went in and received two payments before I actually made the payment… Sad

  • My name is John Quintanilla and I am interested to find out if my personal information was hacked and where do I go to check?
